1-on-1 mentorship
We have had the most amazing opportunities to travel around the country and soak in all of the information about the show lamb industry we possibly could. So many people have poured into us and have played a huge role in our own success, that we are so excited to pay it forward!
Being able to work one-on-one in a mentorship relationship allows for a bond to be developed between Bailey and the showman. We meet you where you are, and work to perfect fundamental showmanship techniques, as well as develop advanced techniques that will get you to the backdrop!
educational opportunities
We would be lying if we said we aren’t the uber/over prepared type. We also believe that new life is the most beautiful thing in the world. We are able to combine these two elements of who we are into our ultrasounding, vaccinating, and processing days!
We love what we do, and we LOVE to share it with others. Ultrasound, vaccination, and processing days are not only a fun and educational experience for everyone involved, but it’s also a way for us to learn more about our showmen, and teach them where their projects come from.
ringside
It is our biggest hope and driving passion that the youth we work with are not only successful inside of the ring, but outside of it as well. We strive to be “kid builders;” expecting those we work with to make good choices and become good humans over anything else.
The youth we have had the pleasure of working with are industry leaders, innovators, and assets to agriculture! We hope that the time spent with their lamb projects—and the skills they have developed within them—will help guide them to success beyond the ring.
