Faith
Faith does not make things easy; it makes them possible. We take comfort in knowing the Heavenly Father is watching over our flock. We have faith that with him, all things are possible.
Lost Lake Show Lambs started out as a 5-year old’s dream to one day exhibit market lambs…little did we know that God had bigger plans for this little operation. Through every step of the journey, God has placed us with the right people, at the right time.
Family
Owned and operated by Kevin, Inga, and Bailey Lake, Lost Lake Show Lambs was founded in 2012.
We owe the idea to big sister Samantha, as she was the first to take an interest in raising market animals. Sammy started out showing pigs; however, Bailey (only 5 at the time) was not interested in raising or showing squealing pigs. Still, she fell in love with 4-H, and inspired by her sister, she was set on showing lambs.
Flock
Bailey purchased her first breeding ewes in 2012. The following year, two ewes turned to four ewes and the rest is history.
Currently, Lost Lake runs 65 head of breeding ewes along with two stud bucks on our farm just west of Kalispell, MT. We’ve had the recent privilege of elevating our genetics through partnership with Burch Livestock. Our goal is to raise high quality, competitive show lambs that can run at any level.
